Extended Stay Policies
To reserve a monthly site:
- A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining monthly balance is due at check-in.
- All utilities are included, including high-speed fiber optic internet.
- A valid credit card is required to remain on file.
- Cash and checks are not accepted for monthly stays.
